1. Agreement
By submitting an enquiry, confirming a quotation, making an advance payment or travelling with our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
2. Services
Maa Kuldevi Tour & Travels may provide:
- Private taxi transfers and outstation journeys in and around Himachal Pradesh
- Airport pickup and drop services
- Local sightseeing taxis and multi-day tour packages
- Tempo Traveller arrangements for groups
- Hotel booking assistance when requested
Exact inclusions, vehicle type, route, duration and price are confirmed in your quotation before booking.
3. Quotations and bookings
- Quotations are based on the travel details you share and current availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after we accept your request and any required advance is received.
- Fares may vary by season, route, vehicle category, waiting time and night driving.
- Any change in dates, route, passenger count or vehicle may change the final fare.
4. Payments
- Advance payment requirements (if any) will be shared at the time of confirmation.
- Balance payment is due as communicated for your booking, usually before or during the trip.
- Extra costs such as parking, tolls, permits, entry tickets or guide fees may be payable separately unless included in writing.
5. Cancellation and changes
- Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellation or change charges, if applicable, depend on timing, season and supplier commitments and will be explained for your booking.
- Weather, road closures, landslides or local restrictions may require itinerary changes for safety.
6. Traveller responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup, drop and contact details
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time
- Carry valid identity documents required for travel or hotel check-in
- Treat drivers, vehicles and local communities respectfully
- Do not carry illegal items or request unsafe driving
7. Safety and road conditions
Mountain roads can be affected by weather, traffic or temporary closures. Drivers may adjust routes or schedules for passenger safety. We are not responsible for delays caused by conditions outside our reasonable control, including weather, landslides, strikes, accidents on route, or government restrictions.
8. Liability
- We take reasonable care in providing vehicles and drivers for confirmed bookings.
- Personal belongings remain the traveller's responsibility inside and outside the vehicle.
- Third-party services such as hotels, adventure activities or entry tickets (when arranged on request) follow their own terms.
- Our liability, if any, is limited to the fare paid for the affected service segment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or end service if a passenger is abusive, intoxicated in a way that endangers safety, or asks the driver to break traffic or local laws.
10. Website content
Package descriptions, photos and prices on this website are for information and may change. Confirmed bookings follow the written quotation shared with you. Unauthorised copying of website content is not permitted.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Subject to applicable law, courts with jurisdiction related to Himachal Pradesh, India may apply.
